Bob moved back to Middlesboro in 1970 after his time in the Air Force. He returned to work at Green Construction that same year. Mr. Green utilizes his years of construction experience as a General Contractor and Construction Manager to prepare all budgets, cost estimates and analyze value engineering options for each project. He will also oversee the bidding process and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the project progresses smoothly. He will continuously monitor project cost and project overall project costs.
President, Project Manager
Bo Green started at Green Construction in 2000. After receiving his BS in Civil Engineering and MBA from the University of Kentucky, he moved back to Middlesboro to be involved with Green Construction. As Project Manager, his duties include maintaining
and overseeing the project schedule, assists in budget preparation and bid process, coordinate subcontractors and material vendors and review shop drawings. He will also work closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure the overall progress and
quality of the project.
CFO/Treasurer, Accounting Director
Carol began her career at Green Construction in 1970. With over 47 years of experience in Construction Accounting, Carol’s project responsibilities include managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, maintaining all Purchase Orders and Subcontracts, organizing the necessary forms, shop drawings and correspondence.
Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Larah joined Green Construction in July 2018. She assists in accounting, office management and payroll. She also assists in tracking shop drawings, project documents and purchase orders.
